They were super quick to come check on my issue with my mini split system. The tech that came out, John, was great. He called to ask if it was ok to show up early, listened to what I had to say, and got to work. Very friendly, and stayed until I was satisfied with the result.

I was amazed today with the service I received from John Morton and Richard. I have had my heater and air serviced before but this was above and beyond. They also offered service on my water heater and an air purifier. They ran my units, took temperatures, and cleaned everything including my outside unit with water. I couldn't be happier.

John came out to service the unit and not only was he extremely personable and friendly, but he was also early and got the job done quick! This company has always been a pleasure to deal with and I couldn't recommend them more!

Collin Slack did yearly maintenance of our two AC units. He was very courteous, neat, and knowledgeable. He was very thorough in completing all needed work.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Jeff Eichinger and his team. My air conditioner was installed in a timely manner. One would never know they were there except that my home is cool and comfortable! The service team worked efficiently and my home stayed clean!

Air Conditioner went down during August heat wave. Called McAllister and they came out the same day. Sean their tech had to replace a part on the unit and had it up and running within the hour. Have used this company for previous HVAC issues and just had a new Hot Water tank installed last year as well. Always pleased with response and services.

The service technician John was personable, professional and informative He provided a detailed account of the maintenance he was performing. He went above and beyond what I have previously experienced with others technicians.

Our heat pump had multiple issues due to the sea air but McAllister was able to sort through them and get us back up and running, They are very reliable and you don't even have to be present when they work on your system.

John Morton was very thorough in checking out our heat pump system and very patient in answering my questions about the system & how to properly maintain the system between checkups. This was all done on 4-7-22

Service tech was both friendly and professional. He completed the service taking care not to leave a mess and charged me the price that I was quoted over the phone. After getting an invoice by mistake, I called the office and the receptionist promptly apologized and problem was corrected immediately. I will use this company again.

McAllister recently came to our rescue when we were selling our condo and the buyer believed the AC unit to be failing. The serviceman was there within a couple hours reviewed all the internal and external systems, and patiently explained to the buyer that everything was in working order.

John showed up and instantly we liked him.very professional and confident.explained a lot and showed us step by step how to replace the filter.growing up with the McAllister in longport I would never use anyone else.great job.
